1. Meet and Greet
Email us your interest. Come meet with us (in person or virtually) where we can answer all your questions and discuss your options.
2. Departure
Prior to leaving, we will help you with everything you need to get your new career started. This will include virtual meetings and lots of paperwork! Once that's in order, it's time to book your flight.
3. Get 'work ready'
Arrive in Sydney. It can take up to two weeks to complete the licence conversion. During this time, you can visit potential workplaces with your Driver Recruit trainer and be shown all aspects of heavy vehicle regulations in Australia.
4. Working for us
You will be employed by Driver Recruit and will work with our clients, we find work to tailor your needs. Permanent positions are offered regularly by our clients.
5. Full onsite training
Whether you are looking for interstate driving or local work, you will be given full onsite training at your new workplace by your Driver Recruit trainer. We will hold your hand through it all!
6. Ongoing support
Driver Recruit provides 24/7 phone support. With a wealth of experience behind us, we will be there to support you until you are a True Blue Aussie trucker.
